CC300 Cooler Cleaner

Professional-Grade Fin-Fan Radiator Cleaner

Overview

CC300 is Ultimate Chemicals’ flagship external radiator fin cleaner—engineered to restore airflow, cooling performance, and environmental compliance in industrial engines. It’s tough on grime but readily biodegradable and safe on your system, delivering professional results without damaging aluminum, copper, or coatings.

Why It Matters

Even a 1mm layer of dirt on radiator fins can slash efficiency by over 10%. When just 10% of the radiator is blocked, outlet coolant temps can jump by 17°C (over 30°F). That means higher engine wear, more emissions, and derating under load.

Key Benefits

- Maximizes airflow and heat transfer in fin-fan cooler systems
- Reduces coolant outlet temps and risk of derating
- Safe on aluminum, copper, and painted surfaces
- No scrubbing required – just spray, dwell, and rinse
- Penetrates fin stacks to remove oil-based and baked-on grime
- Essential first step in the Zero Hour Certified Cooling System Program

How to Use

- Apply with a low-pressure sprayer or foamer
- Allow 10–15 minutes of dwell time
- Rinse thoroughly with water
- For best results, use twice annually: spring and fall

Best For

- Natural gas compression
- Power generation
- Refineries and heavy industrial cooling systems
- Any engine relying on fin-fan coolers or external radiators

Part of a Proven System

CC300 isn’t just a standalone product—it’s Step One of the Zero Hour Certified Cooling System Program. By restoring the radiator’s external surfaces to like-new, it sets the stage for accurate internal diagnostics, chemical restoration, and long-term performance.
