- Tanker Truck – Water Transport
- Hot Oiler Pumper – Heated Circulation
- Vacuum Truck – Water Removal
Workflow
Day 1 – 1200 gal
800 + Chemical
2700 Rinse
- Drain Large Dehy into disposal. (Frac Tank)
- Pump water (1,000 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
- Pump 1st chemical (600 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
- Pump 1st Flush into Dehy.
- Circulate heated for 3 hours at 150-250 degrees.
- Reverse connections and Circulate heated for 1 hour at 150-250 degrees.
- Drain 1st Flush into disposal. (Frac Tank)
- Fill with rinse water and circulate for 2 hours.
- Continue to pump in added water while draining overflow into disposal.
- Drain rinse water into disposal. (Frac Tank)
Day 2 - 450
- Drain Small Dehy into disposal. (Frac Tank)
- Pump water (1,000 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
- Pump 2nd chemical (300 gal) into (Pumper Truck).
- Pump 2nd Flush into Dehy.
- Circulate heated for 3 hours at 175 degrees.
- Reverse connections and Circulate heated for 1 hour at 175 degrees.
- Drain 1st Flush into disposal. (Frac Tank)
- Fill with rinse water and circulate for 2 hours.
- Continue to pump in added water while draining overflow into disposal.
- Drain rinse water into disposal. (Frac Tank)
